This is most certainly a common issue among the sign of Taurus. If your Mercury or Moon sign is also in Taurus, then it increases this aspect. 

Taurus is a sign that finds it difficult to let go. It isn’t that Taureans intend on holding grudges, but it’s difficult to get past wrong-doings and the feelings attached to them. Over time this can cause a lot of issues, especially in relationships regarding blame and trust. 

A good reminder is to note that people are human and they are entitled to their individuality, no matter how shitty a person can be. The fact is that you can’t let one experience or person ruin everything else out there for you. If something is bothering you and you can’t seem to get your mind off of it, I would suggest journaling or writing the issue down. Sometimes when it’s just plainly written in front of us, it can seem less irritating or daunting. 

Ask yourself why you’re still upset. Is there anything directly within YOUR control that you can do about it? If not, then while it will be hard to move on, you must TRY. Letting the past control you is hindering and is clearly causing you to be upset. What can you do to avoid repeating the situation? If that responsibility is not in your hands, then you have to live your life. 

I can’t say you will stop worrying, because some of us are just worriers (myself included), but taking a step back, assessing if you’re being irrational can help minimize it and keep it under control.

Any sign with the right amount of maturity and responsibility can make a great parent! 

Taureans can be great mothers, but if they have given in to too many indulgences or desires felt in their life, they will have a difficult time with their children and this could result in neglect for the child. The underdeveloped Taurus mother is caring, but distant and irresponsible, I have seen it first hand and it’s very sad. But the developed and mature Taurus mother is AMAZING. Warm, comforting, inspiring, sensitive, and very pragmatic when caring for their children. 

Just make sure you’re ready for your life to change. The fact that you’re sending me this ask means that you’re concerned and you want to be a good parent. It will undoubtedly be hard, but you’ll make it through!

I feel as though there is NO WAY I can objectively answer this because I am SUCH a Harry Potter fan and I really think J.K. Rowling got it right with the elemental/house/character signs. 

BUT. I will do a sign assignment because there are a few alterations here besides lumping water signs in slytherin and fire in gryffindor, etc.

Well, this is pretty standard for most born under the sign of Taurus because you DO enjoy the indulgences of life. To get a better handle on it is to literally STEP BACK, and assess how much you NEED what you’re about to eat, buy, do, etc. Are you eating/buying because it serves a purpose or is it “just because”? 

Seriously ask yourself these questions and do so slowly and patiently, because if you answer it in a way like: “Uh yeah I do because all of my coats are out of style/ratty/old” or “Yeah, I love pizza, what’s the point of living if I can’t enjoy it?”  YOU NEED TO FURTHER ASSESS. If you truly need a new something, get a LONG-LASTING NICE SOMETHING that won’t tempt you to want to buy another a month later. If you’re GENUINELY hungry, for god’s sake, eat the pizza, but don’t eat it if you think you’re missing out on one of life’s pleasures.

Over time, by limiting excess you will appreciate your indulgences even more because it will be a TREAT, not just another day. And trust me, for a Taurus, you will learn to cultivate this talent and build up beautiful collections of things and open your mind to other foods that fulfill you differently. You have that innate ability, it just needs extra thought and refinement.

Taurus is definitely a possessive sign, and this always gets misinterpreted as literal possessions all the time (this is valid, but there should be less emphasis on the exoteric and more on the esoteric). 

Taureans enjoy control. Not in the way some of the other signs do, but in a way that takes pride of who and what is closest to them. They form attachments easily and can be quite jealous if they aren’t held in the type of regard that they hold for others. Taurus is a sign capable of great loyalty and is incredibly dependable when it comes to being a good friend and partner. Because they provide this with no questions asked, it can become very taxing on their souls if they begin to get taken advantage of. Their fuse is very long and will put up with a lot of crap before they snap (very similar to Pisces). 

The best way to handle jealousy is to make sure it is in fact justified and not fed through inferiority from yourself. As romantic as it may be to “have” someone, the fact of the matter is you don’t. Lovers and friends aren’t property, no matter how close you are. People have their own free will and you cannot take that away from them. There will be people out there who will share your view, and there will be many who won’t. 

Always communicate as openly as you can in relationships when you’re feeling jealous. Think twice before you act on a jealous feeling to make sure that you have a reason to worry or feel a loss of control. The only thing you CAN control in a relationship is your actions. This is the MOST important lesson to learn here.
