Generally, the Earth signs tend to be very hardworking and practical in regards to making money and doing what needs to be done as opposed to what they WANT to do. Out of all of the Earth signs, Taurus has a lazy streak, but they tend to work smart and are naturally inclined to put their money to good use.
Although the Fire signs are extremely goal oriented, they tend to want to play now and work later because if a job doesn’t pertain to their life goals, they get a bit distracted. However, once on track to doing what they’re passionate about, they clean up their act. Fire signs are quite risky and make friends in high places which usually leads to big payoffs and windfalls of money—often times this is perceived as luck.
Air signs fluctuate between determined and passive when it comes to work. Gemini changes direction a bit more than the other Air signs, but they tend to appeal to bosses and co-workers due to their willingness to be of service. Libra and Aquarius are matter-of-fact when at work, but also quite social, sometimes, a bit too much. They are excellent idea people and know when to leave a job for a better opportunity or more money.
Water signs have great staying power and really strive for the top when working. Pisces is similar to Taurus in that they can be slow to start, but once they find their niche, they capitalize. Scorpio’s will always find their way to a position of leadership, sooner or later, and are on top of their game. Cancer’s are selective in their work ethic, but are one’s to watch out for because while it isn’t out there for everyone to see, they have some serious goals and will make them happen.

Should I call him again or should I just give up? I can't tell if what he really meant was a 'no', or that he's really still considering it. I'm confused and a lil sad too. your help would be greatly appreciated :) thank you.Sorry I am answering this so late, but he did mean no. I am sorry, lovely. Leo’s don’t like to hurt people or be seen as someone unlikable, so they sometimes say things that keep people’s hopes up in order to stay on their good side. Just know that when someone is excited and into a person, they tend to not let time go by or become a missed opportunity.
You will meet someone else, we always do. And they will make you forget all about Mr. Leo!
